Dude’s industry in-joke explanation for shoe-horning three brands into one commercial?

“I bought mid-roll ad placement,” he sheepishly tells the outraged director, who storms the set, adding: “It felt like the right thing to do.”

Ha! Ha! Ad jargon’s so lame! That guy’s so rich!
