Gamification in order to move people…

As part of our “Evil Zero” (Böse Null) campaign in Germany we have decided to invest also in gamification, as part of the overall strategy.

Not only are we using classical ways at bringing the message across, whilst also getting people to carry the story via social channels, but we are also testing games and apps to see how we can further expand the story into new areas and to new target groups.

We developed the online “Pacman” Böse Null game together with Havas. A great game. This can be played online over all devices and as part of the campaign we even developed old retro gaming machines. This game and these gaming machines were developed for client events and to be played on PCs. Here you can play the game.

Then to further develop the idea we have developed a “Go” AR App, our first ever. Named “Böse Null Go” it has a similar game play to Pokemon Go, but isn’t as heavy on features of course. The idea is that German savers can fight against the zero-interest rates and in a way make their voice be heard by trapping the figures. The aim will be to get 100.000 evil zeros locked up in Germany.
