The industry I’ve been working in for the last 6 years has always focused on “winning the next client”. We have always focused on “keeping those clients”, but never really like you would expect. Well things are hopefully about to change in a small way. We’re working on creating the first ever “Trading Club” for retail clients within the derivatives market in Germany. The new “Markets Club” will go on air in December. It’s a new experiment, to see whether clients in this market will appreciate service aimed at their needs.
Products are the commodity within this industry. The battle has been won on product range (depth and width – more than 1.000.000 products), costs (freetrade agreement everywhere enabling clients to trade for free) and brand. Now we will try to add a new element – service (with the aim of “loyalty”).
